The Advisory Board functions as a consultative body to the Director of the
School of Ministry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visioning – to recommend new ideas and directions.
Planning – to review and update the School of Ministry's mission statement and help formulate a strategic plan for ministry training.
Policy Formulation/Enactment – to provide the Director with general guidance for administrative policies.
Finances – to provide input into developing an annual budget
Evaluation – to assist in the assessment of current programming.
Support and Participation – to participate in the Board Meetings and events of the School of Ministry (e.g. certification ceremony and annual retreat).
