IMMIGRATION LEGAL SERVICES PROGRAM – JR. CASE MANAGER

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Stockton is seeking a part-time Jr. Case Manager to provide assistance in legal immigration services, case management and administrative support to Program Manager and Case manager for the Immigration Program. Some duties include but not limited to interview clients regarding their legal immigration status, assist clients with immigration forms and provide administrative support for case manager. Candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish or other language) with strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. We are seeking an individual with a positive and professional attitude, flexible, attention to detail and sensitive to the needs of low-income and culturally diverse client populations. COUNSELING PEI PROGRAM COORDINATOR-PART-TIME

The coordinator will oversee the clinical program of Catholic Charities in South San Joaquin County, including client intake, the coordination of clinical and licensed staff within the program and community presentations related to mental health.  The ability to interface effectively with parishes, community and government agencies to provide effective prevention and early intervention counseling services will be required. The coordinator must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, and knowledge in mental health community resources. This position requires a valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Qualifications include: A Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology or social work or a minimum two years work experience in a related field. PARENT SUPPORT PROGRAM – PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Stockton is seeking to fill a part-time Parent Support Program Assistant position. The Program Assistant will provide educational sessions to parents 18 years and over at local Parishes in San Joaquin County. In addition, the Program Assistant will maintain appropriate documentation and manage program data. Required skills include: knowledge of community services, teaching experience and/or background in education. This position also requires reliable transportation. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Science or equivalent education and training in these areas. The Diocese of Stockton Pastoral Center, Office of Development, has an immediate opening for a part-time Development Assistant. This position provides administrative support in development fundraising efforts such as appeals, events and development communications. This individual assists in securing meeting and event dates, arranges hospitality, and composes various written documents. This individual will prepare database reports and perform high-level data entry. Candidate must be highly skilled in computer/data processing, basic accounting and 10-key by touch. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Candidate must maintain ethical and donor confidentiality, be strong in oral and written communications.
