Catholic Charities Diocese of Stockton has an immediate opening in Stockton for a Part-time (29 hours) Care Manager Aide (CMA) in the Multipurpose Senior Services Program.  This position includes administrative duties and data entry tasks. Will conduct initial intake/screen applicants, complete the intake and application process, purchase and deliver items requested by the primary care manager, manage monthly care management contact logs, contact participant’s primary doctors for medical information, and document activities in the participant files.  Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Excel, have reliable transportation and valid California Driver’s License.  Must pass LIVE Scan.

COUNSELING PEI PROGRAM COORDINATOR-PART-TIME

The coordinator will oversee the clinical program of Catholic Charities in South San Joaquin County, including client intake, the coordination of clinical and licensed staff within the program and community presentations related to mental health.  The ability to interface effectively with parishes, community and government agencies to provide effective prevention and early intervention counseling services will be required. The coordinator must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, and knowledge in mental health community resources. This position requires a valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Qualifications include: A Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology or social work or a minimum two years work experience in a related field. This position provides administrative support in development fundraising efforts such as appeals, events and development communications. This individual assists in securing meeting and event dates, arranges hospitality, and composes various written documents. This individual will prepare database reports and perform high-level data entry. Candidate must be highly skilled in computer/data processing, basic accounting and 10-key by touch. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Candidate must maintain ethical and donor confidentiality, be strong in oral and written communications.
