The Office Assistant performs a variety of administrative and support functions which includes but is not limited to general clerical duties; data entry; coordination of front office and departmental operations; creating, modifying and preparing forms and reports, and transferring  information into a digital format. Qualifications include: excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Products; ability to work in a highly confidential and busy work environment; effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to work independently. This is a full-time (37.5 hours a week), nonexempt position with some weekend and evening hours, as needed.  Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in a related field. Fluent bilingual Spanish (verbal/written) is preferred. Director of Liturgy for St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Modesto

 

Under the leadership of the Pastor, the Director of Liturgy is responsible for the preparation and celebration of Catholic Liturgies and Rituals.
