Every document filed with the court in the Diocese of Stockton’s bankruptcy proceeding is now posted online and available to the public. Last week, the Diocese received court permission to employ an outside consultant, KCC, to facilitate this public access.
KCC will be charged with maintaining a publicly accessible website where all pleadings, motions, orders and other documents filed can be accessed, and with providing related services.
