Ministries and Programs Funded
This year’s goal of $2,500,000 provides a large amount of the income required to sustain Diocesan ministries and services. It will cost nearly $3,200,000 to completely fund the ministries. It is important to know that 100% of your contribution to the Bishop’s Ministry Appeal Trust is used exclusively and solely to support the programs and ministries described in accompanying materials and below. All of the funds collected over your parish goal will remain at your parish.

Deacon Formation
Your support helps in the ministry of charity. Permanent Deacons assist in the celebration of the divine mysteries, bless and assist in marriages, proclaim the Gospel and preach and preside over funerals, and dedicate themselves to various ministries within the diocese.
